Box structure
The structure of the ZGS-12 12 0.4kv American style Prefabricated substation consists of three parts: medium-voltage compartment, low-voltage compartment, and transformer compartment.
The medium-voltage compartment includes medium-voltage electrical accessories, load switches, off-load tap changers, plug-in fuses, pressure relief switches, oil level switches, oil temperature switches, and oil drains.
The low-voltage compartment includes a low-voltage sleeve, a low-voltage gauge, a circuit breaker, and a capacitor.
The transformer compartment includes the transformer assembly and core, radiator, medium-voltage load switch, and fuse, all of which are located inside the fuel tank. According to the scheme, the structure of the tank can be in the shape of a finished product or a mesh, as shown in the following figure.

4. Cable fixing brackets and grounding bars should be pre-embedded.
5. The position of the cable holes for incoming and outgoing lines depends on the specific situation.
6. After the installation of the combination transformer, there must be a gap of no less than 1.5m on the front of the switch to facilitate operation.
7. The grounding grid can be made of 12 galvanized round steel or 40 × 4 galvanized flat copper, and the grounding resistance should meet the requirements of the power department.
