Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer a free sample depending on product types, but the customer needs to pay for the shipping cost of the samples.
How long is the quality guarantee?
The quality guarantee period is based on product type. Some products have 12 12-month warranty, and the maximum warranty period of some products can reach 5 years. Every product is inspected before it leaves the factory.

What is your ordering process?
1. Customers are required to provide technical specification documents and drawings, especially SLD.
2. We will first communicate with the customer based on their requirements and then provide an overall technical solution.
3. Provide project quotation after customer approval
4. Sign the purchase contract after both parties approve the quotation.
Do you accept customized service?
We offer OEM/ODM service, and can print your logo and name plate on the product. Our professional technical and quotation team can provide a satisfactory project according to your drawing and parameters.

If I want to visit your factory, how to do it?
Our factory is located in Yueqing city of Zhejiang province, China, which is about 40 minutes by car to Wenzhou airport & 30 minutes from Yueqing train station. About 1 hour by air from Shanghai International Airport and 1 hour from Ningbo by train. If you need an invitation letter before coming to China, we can provide it to you.
